My partner and I stopped in here before camping in a nearby state park for the very hot and humid weekend. The coffee, originality of drink offerings, kindness and knowledge of the staff, as well as ingredients (house-made syrups, etc.) as well as ambience, were all top-tier. My girlfriend and I are coffee lovers, and she owns her own shop, and roastery, and isn’t easy to impress. But we both loved this place so much for all of the aforementioned reasons, that we stopped in again on Sunday. The space is down a side street, and isn’t terribly large, but that’s also part of the allure. The drinks were excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We had the pleasure of interacting with Jasper during both visits, but the other staff members (whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch), were equally as welcoming and kind. We’re out-of-staters, but anytime we’re in Hudson, we’ll definitely be back!

Never leave reviews but these folks sell the most delicious coffee. Stopped in here to use the bathroom. But caught a whiff of the beans. And bought a bag. Just brewed a batch this morning and it was the best coffee I have had in forever. Definitely gonna make this a part of our routine. Bag of coffee, candy, and then some RJs bacon every time we are in town.

Had to cross state lines to get my father-in-law some Spotted Cow and came across this little gem of a cafe. The entrance is further down than we originally thought. Just read the signs. The space inside was a bit limited, but honestly quite sufficient. There's additional seating in the hallway. I enjoyed the design aspects. We had asked for a Pup Cup to bring out to our dog and they told us that they allowed dogs inside! Definite plus! We humans got a cold brew, and a seasonal latte that was flavored with a housemade cinnamon-plum syrup. I asked the barista if it was very sweet and he assured me that it was not. He was indeed being truthful! That drink was absolutely delicious--the espresso had a great roast and body, the milk was the right temp, and the flavors worked well with just the right amount of sweetness. Sometimes I just want an espresso. Sunday, I wanted a latte. And, it was a dang good latte.

Stopped by this shop while staying in town, was very busy on a Saturday morning! Great drink options and super cute space but very small with only one booth seating two tables and some bar seating. I did enjoy their iced chai and my cousin said they had a pretty good match latte!! Would recommend but not the greatest if you have large group wanting to sit!

The sweetest little spot in Hudson. The rating is well deserved based on the employee interaction, ease of ordering and the quality of the product. I ordered an iced white chocolate pistachio mocha with oat milk which is my current obsession and it’s the best version I’ve had. The espresso is smooth and the pistachio is subtle and works beautifully with white chocolate. Extra credit for being able to drink out of a reusable glass cup and metal straw! A new fan!

I just discovered this coffee shop. I love the bright, yet cozy atmosphere. The staff were kind and welcoming. I enjoyed my iced lavender honey latte.
